Katya Jaworski is a New York based fine art photographer and mixed media visual artist. Her work explores the navigation of identity, otherness, and the self. In her personal work, she often prefers to photograph a subject and provide supporting audio, video, or written works to gain a complete understanding of her topics. She has never been afraid to discuss complex, and at times uncomfortable, topics such as sexuality, gender, and race. 

In 2023 she graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Fine Art in Photography and a Minor in Art History. Jaworski has exhibited work in FIT’s undergraduate show What’s on your mind? as well as FIT’s senior thesis show Before I Leave.
